1. Information About Us
1.1 Thepropzcompany.com is a website managed by The Propz Company Pte Ltd (herein referred to as "The Propz Co." or the "Company"), a Singapore-registered company under the Business Registration Number 201302115H. Our registered office is situated at 10 Admiralty Street, #04-14, Singapore 757695. We are also registered for GST under the same Business Registration Number 201302115H.
2. Your Status
2.1 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. How the Contract is formed between You and Us
3.1 Upon placing an online order, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging the receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgment does not signify the confirmation of your order. Your order represents an offer to rent a product from us.
3.2 Confirmation of all online orders is contingent upon receipt of full payment. You are required to make the full payment using the available payment option during the checkout process for your order(s).
3.3 Based on the availability of stock, The Propz Co. may replace item orders with alternatives, which will be subject to our verbal or written confirmation. If the item(s) cannot be substituted, The Propz Co. will contact you to offer the option of cancellation. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.
4. Service Availability
4.1 Our rental service is exclusively intended for use by individuals, businesses, and companies residing in Singapore (referred to as "the Serviced Country"). We do not process orders from individuals, businesses, and companies located outside of the Serviced Country, unless delivery is within the Serviced Country and payment is made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
4.2 We do not accept custom-made props and merchandise orders from individuals, businesses, and companies located outside of the Serviced Country, unless delivery is within the Serviced Country and payment is made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
5. Ownership
5.1 All props, decorations, and equipment that are placed, arranged, and commissioned at the Client's site remain the property of The Propz Co.
5.2 The Propz Co. retains the right to retrieve all rented props, decorations, and equipment after they have been dismantled and decommissioned.
6. Payment Matters
6.1 All payments must be completed within 24 hours of order submission to confirm the order. The Propz Co. retains the right to make the products available for others to rent if payment is not received within 24 hours of the order submission.
6.2 Payments can be made via PayNow, FAST (Fast & Secure Transfers), and/or Telegraphic Transfers.
7. Cancellation Charge
7.1 The Propz Co. reserves the authority to impose cancellation fees and provide a partial reimbursement from the overall invoice sum in case of a Client's order cancellation, as specified below:
7.1.1 Cancellation of order(s) occurring within 7 days before the delivery date: No refund will be granted.
7.1.2 Cancellation of order(s) more than 8 days before the delivery date: A refund equivalent to 50% of the invoice amount will be facilitated.
8. “Discounts” or “Coupon Code"
8.1 The discount or coupon code is applicable for the specified products/services and is subject to availability.
8.2 Coupon code cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
8.3 The discount is valid for a limited time as indicated in the promotion or on the coupon.
8.4 The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the coupon code at any time.
8.5 The discount or coupon code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.6 Each coupon code is valid for a single use per customer and may not be reused or shared.
8.7 Misuse of the coupon code may result in cancellation or refusal of the order.
8.8 The company is not responsible for lost or stolen coupon codes.
9. Pilferage & Damage Charge
9.1 The Propz Co. reserves the right to apply a minimum fee of 30% or higher for each quoted item in the case of pilferage or damage to any props, decorations, or equipment installed at the Client's site, subject to assessment of the incurred pilferage or damages.
10. Self-Collection/Self-Return Policy
10.1 The Propz Co. mandates a minimum SGD$500 security deposit as a prerequisite for the quote involving self-collection items. This deposit must be collected before the Client can retrieve the props
10.2 Upon the return of the item in its original condition, the deposit will be refunded in full. Any damage during the possession period will result in a deduction from the deposit as specified in Clause 9, 'Pilferage & Damage Charge'.
10.3 The cost of return transportation is at your expense.
10.4 The refund process will take place within 5 working days after the item(s) has been returned and verified.
11. Delivery/Collection
11.1 Delivery/Collection to and from one (1) location only. If there are multiple location requirements for delivery/collection, please notify us via email at sales@thepropzcompany.com and a separate quotation will be provided.
11.2 Delivery rates may vary based on the chosen Delivery/Collection date and time. Additional charges will apply for deliveries/collections scheduled on Public Holidays, weekends, and for those scheduled before/after the standard delivery hours of 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays.
11.3 Delivery services include transportation and placement of ordered items to the specified delivery address only.
11.3.1 Delivery does not include on site installation, or setup of the delivered items unless explicitly stated in the product description or additional services (such as electrical and plumbing) are purchased separately.
11.3.2 For additional white-glove service inquiries, customers can contact sales@thepropzcompany.com and may incur associated fees.
11.4 The Propz Co. cannot be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience resulting from the customer's installation or setup of the delivered items.
11.5 Site recce services are not provided by The Propz Co. Customers are solely responsible for communicating potential delivery challenges and requirements to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of ordered items to the designated location.
11.6 The Propz Co. reserves the right to apply additional delivery charges and impose non-refundable order cancellations if faced with the following challenges:
a. Unprepared/Unnotified Restricted Access:
- Delivery locations requiring special arrangements, passes, or permits not communicated or arranged by the customer beforehand, resulting in extended delivery time.
b. Staircase Delivery:
- Delivery locations on upper floors accessible solely via staircase.
c. Unsuitable Elevator Size:
- Elevator sizes in high-rise buildings inadequate for delivering ordered items to upper floors.
d. Unsuitable Doorway Measurements:
- Doorways and walkways too small for delivering ordered items.
e. Parking and Permits:
- Parking permits necessary for the delivery vehicle to access the ordered items.
f. Unattended Deliveries:
- No on-site presence to receive the ordered items upon delivery.
g. Refusal of Delivery:
- Refusal of ordered items without a valid reason.
h. Installation Requirements:
- Installation work (such as hanging, tying, etc.) necessary for the successful setup of ordered items.
i. Weather Conditions:
- The Propz Co. does not hold responsibility for the timely delivery of props and decorations to the designated location in case of adverse weather conditions.
11.7 The Propz Co. retains the authority to impose supplementary collection fees in cases where the specified chosen timing is not adhered to.
11.7.1 The Propz Co. allows a grace period of thirty (30) minutes for an extension without incurring additional charges on-site. Following this, any delays in collection will result in an additional charge of SGD200 per hour for each on-site manpower.
12. Rescheduling Policy
12.1 Clients have the option to submit a singular request for rescheduling a delivery by contacting sales@thepropzcompany.com, pending approval at the discretion of the Company.
13. Online Order Submission
13.1 Upon submitting of online order, the Client may issue a Purchase Order to support its procurement compliance practices. If it issues a Purchase Order, the Terms and Conditions from The Propz Co. shall take precedent as part of the supporting Purchase Order.
14. Late Return Policy
14.1 If props are returned after the agreed rental end time, a late return fee will apply based on the individual rental prices for the following blocks:
- 1-3 days late: Fee based on the standard rental price for this block
- 4-7 days late: Fee based on the standard rental price for this block
- 8-14 days late: Fee based on the standard rental price for this block
- Over 14 days late: Fee based on the standard rental price for this block
14.2 Any delay, even by a few hours, will automatically fall under the 1-3 days late fee category, and the corresponding fee will apply.
14.3 If The Propz Co. suffers business loss due to a late return that prevents us from fulfilling existing rental orders, an additional penalty fee will be applied. The amount of this fee will be determined based on the extent of the business loss incurred.
14.4 It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure props are returned on time. If you anticipate any delays, please notify us as soon as possible. Late return fees will still apply in accordance with our policy.
14.5 Failure to return props by the agreed time without prior notice may affect future rental agreements.
15. Media and Content Usage Rights
15.1 The Propz Co. reserves the right to capture all forms of digital content, including photographs and videos (both live and online), at a client's event location and its surroundings for marketing and promotional purposes. This right is effective immediately upon the creation of the digital content, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise. Request must be sent to our email at sales@thepropzcompany.com.
16. Events Outside our Control
16.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
16.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
16.2.1 strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action;
16.2.2 civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
16.2.3 fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters;
16.2.4 impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport;
16.2.5 impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
16.2.6 the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
17. Data Collection, usage, and Cookies
17.1 Authentication
17.1.1 We utilize your personal information and cookies to authenticate your account and identify your logged-in status, simplifying your access to The Propz Co. website and providing you with the relevant experience and features.

18. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
18.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
18.2 You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
19. Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 Contracts for the rental/purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
