Up to two maintenance visits included. This excludes any damage caused by vandalism or natural disasters.
• Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure the setup location meets the following requirements:
a) Floor loading capacity: Must support over 300kg.
b) Ceiling clearance: Minimum height of 5 metres.
• Additional Charges Apply For:
a) Installing the tree on uneven or unlevelled ground (requires extra levelling materials and labour).
b) Setup at locations requiring stair access (additional manpower needed for carrying equipment).
c) Setup locations more than 10 metres from the nearest power point (additional electrical wiring required).
