Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Are the walkers able to distribute flyers or vouchers?
Yes, our advertisement walkers can help distribute flyers and vouchers. However, all materials must not involve any gambling-related content or illegal activity.
2. Where should I send the flyers or vouchers for distribution?
All physical collaterals (e.g. flyers, vouchers) should be delivered to our office at least 2 working days before the first activation session. This allows us to coordinate smoothly with our team.
Note: For 1-day activations or weekend campaigns (e.g. Sat & Sun), it is still recommended to send the materials to our office in advance rather than on-site.
3. Will I receive any Proof of Delivery (POD) or campaign reporting?
Yes, photo reports will be provided as proof of service delivery, showing our walkers in action with your campaign materials.
Additional post-campaign performance measurement can be arranged upon request and depending on your objectives.
For example, if you'd like our walkers to:
- Ask attendees specific survey questions
- Observe and report on audience reactions or footfall
- Provide general feedback from on-ground engagement

4. What is the lead time for booking a Lightbox Ad Walker campaign?
We require:
- 14 days lead time for booking confirmation
- Final artwork (FA) for printing must reach us 7 days before the first session
- Option 1: 1 x Lightbox AD with Walker
