- Lead Time: 14 days

- Maintenance work is limited to a maximum of two instances and excludes any damage resulting from vandalism or natural disasters.
- Customer to access desired setup location and ensure the following:
a) Flooring loading weight ( Make sure Floor loading to withstand more then 500kg )
b) Ceiling clearance ( Make sure Site Ceiling is more the 5m height )
- Additional charges will be incurred if tree is to be installed in the following circumstances:
a) Setup of tree on unleveled or uneven Ground ( Requires additional structure leveling material and work to be done )
b) Setup of tree at a location that requires lifting up stairs ( Requires additional labour to carry things up stairs )
c) Setup of tree at a location that is more than 10 meters away from any power point ( Requires additional Electrical wiring works )
